I last painted this seen of the old church of San Luis and the aljibe in Sacromonte, Granada five years ago. That painting was quickly sold but the image is still on line and it has been viewed thousands of times. I decided to paint it again and found that little had changed in five years although the house on the left has been restored. I saw a painting of the same view by the British painter, George Apperley, who lived in Granada during the 1920s. He lived in a Carmen by the Plaza San Nicolas and painted many scenes from the Albaicin and Sacromonte which were similar compositions to my current works. The only differences between his view and mine, in almost a hundred years, is that the houses are now in better condition but the church has decayed.
I sell my original paintings to collectors all over the world and am happy to quote for this painting, including shipping, to your home.

I am also interested in portraiture, dance and figure studies and my preferred medium for these is soft pastel. I have shipped my paintings all over the world and will...
